som ni som foljer bloggen redan vet sa fick vi tillbaka 40 dagar hyra tidigare i ar for att de hade varit en vattenskada i var lagenhet. 
vi spelade usa spelet och sag till att fa pengar tillbaka.
hur som helst sa ska dem byta ut en skap platta idag och vi skulle fa ata lunch eller middag ute eftersom koket kommer vara blockerat.
managern i hustet heter Malcom.
vi kallar honom luggen och han ar lite rolig. man maste nastan upplevt honom for att fatta.
 men han ar lite ratt for mej o C for vi ar sa dryga pa honom och fragar om allt. typ som nar vi satt uatnfor hans kontor for att fraga om hur vi skulle betala in hyran via check: da spang han ut, forbo iss, med en walkai talkie och skrek "where are you at"?..
hon som satt bredvid sa att de va en nodsituation, eller att han bara spelade som att de var en. haha ni hor ju sjalva.
sa han vill helst undvika oss for att inte hamna i mer trubbel. men i gar kom ett mail fran honom:

Thanks for letting us know. Then, we will try to be outside of the apt tomorrow. We would really like to go to dinner tomorrow. How do we work this out?

Malocom:
You have several options.  You can go to the place of your choosing and provide us the receipt.  We will then deduct the amount from your rent.  If you know where you would like to go, we can purchase a gift card for you today.  I also have a gift card to The Ritz Carlton restaurant and Noodles & Co.   Let me know what option would be the best for you.

*vi vart jatteglada 60 dollar ar ju nastan 500 kronor, for en middag, men bara for att vi hisspa och tyckte de va sa kul, sa skulle vi sjalvklart testa honom..

Not a problem.  I assumed lunch, my mistake :)


haha.. sa nu har vi 650 kronor att ga ut och ata och dricka drinkar for i kvall.. helt perfekt paskfirande for oss!
